Welcome

Welcome to the Dyfed-Powys Police (DPP) National Association of Retired Police Officers (NARPO) website.

The Dyfed-Powys branch of NARPO consists of a membership from the former Cardiganshire and Carmarthenshire Constabulary, Mid-Wales Constabulary and Pembrokeshire Police. The three forces amalgamated in April 1968, forming the Dyfed-Powys Constabulary and now known as Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police - the largest police area in England and Wales.

The branch currently represents the interests of over 900 members including several members who retired from other forces and now reside within the Dyfed-Powys branch area.(Map of force area shown above).

Members are kept up to date through regular newsletters, a dedicated website and email postings. In addition, the branch holds social events including coffee mornings, curry evenings and an annual golf tournament. So why not join us to enjoy the benefits of NARPO at both a local and national level.
